lovely and welcoming staff! i don’t know much about pokemon cards, and was looking for a gift for someone and they were so knowledgeable and helpful! they also had the latest released pokemon boxes - 100 million stars if i could! :3
The taller owner with the beard makes the atmosphere feel very unwelcoming. he’s a know it all and doesn’t know how to let anyone else talk other than himself. the “arcade” is more so just a card trading place. the games are extremely minimal.. if you’re looking for a place to play games I would try any place but this one. mostly, the owners ruin this place for me ..
The shop has a great selection of games, consoles and cards and the do trades and purchases as well. However, the stores atmosphere is greatly reduced by the presence of the older, salt and pepper beared guy who always has an attitude of "I know everything about anything you have, and it's worthless". He makes the fun of bringing items to sell or trade feel awful. I've walked out when he's there because he makes every transaction feel like I'm getting ripped off. Only suggestion: make this dude be more friendly to people.
