I’ve only been here twice but I loved how stocked it was and how nice the people were they have everything, I’ll definitely be back 👍

I recently visited this card shop and overall had a positive experience, though it was a bit of a mixed bag in some areas. Pros: Heidi was helpful, knowledgeable, and low-pressure—which I really appreciated. She took her time reviewing my trade-in cards and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Anna was also working that day and was very friendly and easy to talk to. I actually enjoyed chatting with her the most, even though she wasn’t as familiar with Pokémon cards. The store had a wide variety of products and offered trade-ins at around 50% of TCGPlayer market value (for store credit). I calculated this myself after the fact. Single card prices were very reasonable—within about 5% of TCGPlayer pricing. I bought five singles and thought the pricing was spot-on. Cons: Sealed product pricing was inconsistent. Some items were at or near market value (like the Shrouded Fable booster bundle at $35), but others were significantly higher—for example, a Surging Sparks booster pack was listed at $11, which is about 75% above market. Just something to be aware of. One of the singles I bought had 4–5 noticeable print lines that I didn’t catch at the time because I was in a hurry. It’s on me for not double-checking, but next time I’ll be more careful. I also traded in some cards with them, but as a newer customer, I would’ve appreciated a breakdown showing each card’s individual value instead of just getting the total sum. Something like a printed sheet or itemized list would go a long way toward building trust and helping newcomers understand the process better. All I was given was a sum and didn't get to see how they were calculating the values and what they could offer. Ideally a sheet would be given to a customer stating, here's what you have and here is what we can pay compared to market value. Its ok that they only offer 50% store credit, but being transparent and up front about it would be helpful as I know they have to run a business. That said, I have a lot of sympathy for the owners and employees. The Pokémon market is unpredictable right now, and I can tell they’re doing their best to keep up and make things work for both collectors and the shop. In the end, I’d give them a solid 3.5 stars if I could, but I’m rounding up to 4 because of the employees efforts and singles prices. If I come back it will be with a more careful eye next time before I buy cards. If the owner was present which according to the employees is less often than not, I may have had a different experience, but just wanted to make them aware of my experience.

The most competitive prices in Burley that is not a big box store. The stock is really good and the staff very friendly. I'm trying to get into Pokemon so I will be back but don't be shy because they are really nice here. I know I will be back when I have more time.
