Preordered a case of Gundam TCG months and months ago and I received the exact same email as the other recent 1 star review. I tried to email and call them multiple times but they didn’t respond to my messages at all. They take and hold your money at the moment of your preorder, which most card shops do, but ZCGames does nothing to honor that price. I understand that Bandai shorted every card shop around the world, so they weren’t able to honor everyone’s order right away. However, what ZCGames is the most scummy thing imaginable which was to try and sell the few booster boxes they did have back to the people who preordered cases AT MARKET PRICE. So if you preordered a case months ago for $120 a box, they emailed you saying you wont get it, but they’ll sell you a box at $250 like they’re doing you a favor. I found it so hard to believe that they’d try such a blatantly scummy move, but they clearly printed it in the email. So dont trust them or preorder here. You’re just giving them interest free loans while they sell their actual allocation at scalper prices.

Contains an absolutely massive collection of tcgs available from one piece to mtg. What an impressive selection!
They actually have Pokemon card and Dragonball and one piece TCG product and care about the game. Scalpers just mad cause products limited so they give a bad name. I would recommend for tournaments as prizes are worth it.
Went to this store on a Sunday at 12:30/1pm when they are supposed to be open. They were not. Update: Went back to this store a couple of days later they were open. Wanted to trade in a DBZ trading card for my son. They informed me that they do not take in trades for that card game. I told them that when me and my son bought the booster pack a couple of weeks earlier at their store the worker that sold me the pack told us that this specific card is $15 - $20 after we pulled it and if we wanted to trade it in that’s what they would give us. After I told the person I was dealing with that they said if it was not one of the three people standing in front of me right now then I was helped by someone who does not technically work for them and cannot buy cards only sell product. There are people that just help them out sometimes….. So let me get this strait you have people who do not work for you but “work” for you. Also I have never been to a card shop that does trades/ buying but does not buy or trade cards of card games/products they sell. All Buyers beware !!!!!!
