Flashpoint is a collection of all 5 original comic issues bearing the same name. Within it are the events that forever merge the New Earth, Earth-15 and Earth-50 timelines into the single, unified timeline of the New 52. While there are numerous crossovers and tie-ins, we will be examining only the content found in the softcover graphic novel bearing the same name. The series centers around The Flash (Barry Allen) who wakes up in a world he does not know, where his mother is alive, his father is dead and The Justice League as he knows it does not exist. This revelation is confirmed with Barry’s realization that he does not possess his superpowers anymore. After making his way to Gotham City, Allen locates the Bat Cave in an attempt to seek Batman’s aid in regaining his powers. In this strange reality, Batman is revealed to be Thomas Wayne, Bruce Wayne’s father. The plot thickens when Barry’s memories begin to conform to the new timeline and in an attempt to win Batman’s trust, he discovers the uniform of his nemesis, Reverse-Flash hidden inside his costume ring! As he finds himself thrust into the middle of a war-torn Earth, The Flash must regain his powers and reconcile the aberrations in the time stream before his memories are lost forever.
Easily the best Local Game Store I have been to in the last 10 years. The staff are not only knowledgeable about the products they offer, but genuinely fun to talk with and kind. This has created a community and atmosphere that in my opinion, can't be beat. I cannot recommend checking them out enough!
Absolutely love this place — a breath of fresh air! I stopped into Final Boss Games recently and was seriously impressed. The store was very clean, smelled fresh, and had an overall great vibe from the moment I walked in. The staff was polite, professional, and welcoming, and I really appreciated how clean and sharp their uniforms looked — you can tell they take pride in the store. I picked up two Prismatic packs for $4.99 each, and I love that they limit it to two per person per day. It keeps things fair, especially for collectors like me and my daughter who enjoy opening packs together without worrying about people clearing the shelves. Great pricing, great service, and an awesome environment. Final Boss Games is definitely our new go-to shop. Highly recommend!
DONT SELL YOUR CARDS HERE! Went in to get an offer for very desirable high end Pokemon Special Illustration Rare. Their offer was 50 percent of market price. I understand that businesses need to make money and that shops take on the risk and additional inventory. However, anybody that knows the value of the card they have isn’t going to sell it at that price unless they are desperate for money. To suggest that in the current market for Pokémon cards that someone sell it to you at half the price is insulting and just seems as if you’re trying to take advantage of people thinking that they’re only selling because they need the money. better to not give somebody an offer than one that insults them. Furthermore, the prices on everything in there is all marked up. Don’t go here if you want to sell your cards. They say they specialize in high-end singles and packs and to come in and get your cards appraised but they dont say they prey on collectors that are vulnerable, taking their highly valuable cards for half the price Then turning around and the very same day, selling it for full market price later that day.
This store has bits of everything. Modern and retro games, consoles, collectible figures, FUNKO Pops, Pokemon cards and plushies, Lego sets, it's a very eclectic store. What you will also find are collector prices, some of which you may agree or disagree with, but remember, this is not eBay. A lot of the items in this store are rare and even rarer when they are complete in the box, so what you get is collector prices reflective of collector conditions. They also have a layaway program, which you may find helpful. It's worth a visit whether you are looking for something common or a unique piece to add to your collection. **UPDATE 11/30/24** Stopped in for their sale today, and they did not disappoint. Added some needed items for the collection. Stop in tonight before the sale ends and if not come on in anyway. They always add to the store daily.
This is a must stop. I have never seen more variety of games before. Their selection of board games has everything. From olden classics to the newest releases you’ll find something for your next game night. One of the hidden highlights is the selection of D&D dice. While some places just have a few boxed sets here you can find many custom sets from a few dollars to $$$. In the back there is plenty of tables available for your local game meeting and the bathrooms are immaculate. Shout out to the staff who are very helpful and friendly as well.

Flashpoint Comics and Games isn't your average run-of-the-mill comic shop or table game store. First of all Danny, the owner along with his wife, Lauren, are some of the most welcoming people you'll ever meet in your life. I first walked into this store on their 5th week of operation, you wouldn't even know it, it looked like they had been there for years. With that being said I've been a superhero and sci-fi fan since I could form a sentence but my only form of media consumption of the two was mainly either television or movies. I always wanted to get in comics but I always felt like it was a monster of a hobby to get into because I always found continuity, storylines, timelines, and releases so confusing. When I first walked into this store Danny greeted me like he knew me and I asked him about some comics/characters I'm a fan of that I've always wanted to read. He gave me a few recommendations as well as a free issue of one of my favorite characters that had just released a new set of issues that he recommended as a good starting point. Since then it's been about 3 1/2 months and I frequent the store at the very least once a week. Danny isn't just an owner-operator of a comic and game store, he is a human comic lore super-computer that has so much love for what he does and for the comic community as a whole and will stop everything he's doing to answer the simplest of questions about a comic book. If there's something you want but you don't see it in the store, Danny is willing to do whatever he can to get it as quick and efficiently as possible with competitive prices. Along with their vast variety of comics and graphic novels they also keep a frequent and regularly updated variety of signed comics and CGC Certified graded copies (These both go quick). There's also a variety of table and board games with any accessories you need, as well as TCG packs and accessories and comic storage accessories. They host many events and/or deals throughout the month and regularly support local artists/local comic book writers. They also host weekly events that mainly consist of BYO board game nights and TCG events and are willing to teach new players, along with a collection of the stores board games and demo TCG packs you could use if you'd like. They frequently post on social media and keep their followers updated on any news. Flashpoint isn't just a comic shop, it's Danny and Lauren's dreams come to life and they truly love what they do and are spectacular at it.
