My boyfriend and I came in for the League of Legends Riftbound- Learn to Play night and had an amazing experience. We called an hour after it started to check if it was still going on, and the staff encouraged us to come in even though we’d never played TCG games before. When we arrived, one of the employees sat down with us for two full hours, patiently teaching us the game step by step. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, never made us feel out of place, and even helped us grasp the basics of TCG games overall. I wish I would have remembered his name, because he really went above and beyond. This was honestly one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had. The staff made us feel welcome and supported, and we left feeling excited instead of intimidated. We’re very thankful for such a wonderful employee and will definitely be back to support this business!
Decent selection of r/c stuff but waited 15mins before I was offered any assistance. Then I was told it's a dead hobby. I was planning to buy from him but once I had waited that long and be told that i was wasting my time and money I left I'll continue to buy online from horizon hobbies and A main or traxxas,arrma,redcat themselves I really wanted to buy from a local shop but it won't be this one

Although.* yugioh Singles I will say they’re on a very low selection due to hi demand for them…Prices due match up to the other 6 stores with in 30 miles radius on yugioh / One piece/ magic product.. Look now a days with inflation and our certain times “prices will be up” I walked in the store and loved the fact that the staff is working hard on stocking up their inventory instead of slacking.
