Store is great especially if your a pop collector. I found the michael myers with the myers house that ive been looking for so i had to grab it. They have a huge section of pop figures as well as retro games such as nes,snes,n64 and so much more. Not to mention the pricing isnt to bad. The guys at the checkout yesterday 10.16.2025 were great. Very knowledgeable and greeted everyone who walked into the door. Highly recommended A+++
Just want to start off saying thanks to the crew! These guys are awesome! Since day one everyone in there's been helpful and have treated me like gold I actually feel like family walking in there and know that if I go in there looking for anything or wanting anything they're going to take care of me! The management is on point this guy knows his stuff and is very considerate and knowledgeable when it comes to your items that you're selling or purchasing. Absolutely horrible customer service and team members. Will take your broken products “fix them” sell them for way more than what it’s worth and trade you something broken. And don’t expect to get your money back because the “transaction is close” gave us a $20 store credit… we gave it to the kid behind us because we will never be going back
Clean store, but don’t test the games before they sell them during a 8 Hour Drive home. 20 minutes down the road find one of the games is faulty already. Drove all the way back, only had to be required to pay even more money out-of-pocket to exchange for another game. Clearly, there are gaming systems to test these games so no reason to have a faulty game out for sale
This store gets new tcg products obtained directly from their distributors at distributor price, then stock them for scalper prices rather than the MSRP. They also only offer 10% value on your items which is repulsively low when comparing to other gamestores both on and offline.
