Customer service was very poor, they were very rude, charged us money to charge an RC battery and didn’t even fully charge them. We waited over 20 minutes to be helped as they just chatted. For being the only hobby store in Spokane I’m surprised they are still in buisness with such shitty customer service

Used to love coming to this place but it seems as of lately the guys have checked out and don't really care about new customers more or less sitting around chatting with the old timers that come in still I came in today around 1:30 p.m. there was one other guy in the store they both proceeded to stand there and ignore me for about 30-40 minutes before I had to walk over there and ask him if they had the part of it before which they ended up not having it nor were interested in helping me order one or anything. Incontrol hobbies had they part plus a bunch more and were happy to help or mail to my door.
Very helpful. I did not know what was needed for an older rc truck and they helped figure it out and reset charger and vehicle to the newer battery. It was my first time in the store and there is a lot of stuff. Also kinda sad as they said they will be retiring next year after being there since 1965. I will be back soon!
