Genuinely disappointed. Purchased spots on a Fanatics Live break, got 2 really great hits I was excited for my PC. 1) Cards were sent to the wrong person 2) Initially took weeks just to get a hold of someone to respond 3) While a refund was issued (required by Fanatics), was told I would get 2 replacement cards 4) Over 2 months later, never received anything Overall just really bad look for the hobby and left feeling really disappointed, will not buy from again and would not recommend

This store is the absolute best, and the employees there make the entire experience so wonderful. My son came in for his birthday and they took such great care of him, had fun playing a Pokémon card pull battle with him and just absolutely made his day, and ours too. Without a doubt we will be back!
