Purchased cards online prior to shipping to my home. The then added 25 cents PER CARD, essentially upcharging all my purchases after buying product. Customer service or the leadership team was willing to help. Avoid this company like the plague. Words cannot express my disappointment and rage at this company. Totally disposable and borderline illegal, certainly unethical, practices.

God help you if you have an issue. I bought a Pekka Rinne PSA 10 for $200. When I went to ship the card to me in canada "Prepaid" Duties are $67usd!!!! Plus $9 shipping Thats insane duties!!! I live in Alberta and we have no fed tax. ALBERTANS DO NOT BUY WITH COMC I sent 3 emails no response They no longer offer phone support Love chat dosent exist If you are canadian and buy slabbed with comc good kuck getting your cards. You are locked into hidden Duties!!!!

I thought this was a quality company until I submitted cards- I use the ebay auction. I have been attempting to contact COMC customer service for the last 3 weeks- I set up a phone call with them per their process no one called. When you call customer service you are told they dont have a phone system set up so you cant leave messages. I have emailed them half a dozen times with everything but what I am trying to correct. I warn you about sending cards- I am out 500+ cards many were rare Pokeman
