Purchased cards online prior to shipping to my home. The then added 25 cents PER CARD, essentially upcharging all my purchases after buying product. Customer service or the leadership team was willing to help. Avoid this company like the plague. Words cannot express my disappointment and rage at this company. Totally disposable and borderline illegal, certainly unethical, practices.

I live in Alberta and we have no fed tax. I thought this was a quality company until I submitted cards- I use the ebay auction. I have been attempting to contact COMC customer service for the last 3 weeks- I set up a phone call with them per their process no one called. When you call customer service you are told they dont have a phone system set up so you cant leave messages. I have emailed them half a dozen times with everything but what I am trying to correct. I warn you about sending cards- I am out 500+ cards many were rare Pokeman
