ive gotten into painting pretty recently and came here for supplies. the staff were incredibly helpful and helped me with what paint and other stuff to get (brushes, primer, etc.). Prices are stock are really good too! wide range of colors as well as paint types. (flat, gloss, speed) special colors too, came in recently to look for some paint for a figure someone i knew was painting and managed to get a pretty good match.

Horrible customer service. I went to buy a rc plane for my son. The picture on package was deceptive. We asked the checkout staff if the plane was suitable for flying outdoors and was told that it was. We opened the box in the car and realized that the plane was no bigger than a drone and too small and cheaply made to fly outdoors. Came back to the store within 15 min to exchange for something bigger . Another member of the staff opened the package and mentioned that some parts were missing in a very rude and aggressive tone. I said that a bag containing the missing parts might have been left in the car and went back to check the car . This staff member became increasingly rude and said that he cannot sell this package to anyone because it had been opened. I got the missing parts from the car and he reluctantly put the parts back into package. It felt like he was just looking for an excuse to not refund/ exchange. After some back and forth he reluctantly agreed to exchange but by that time we did not want to buy anything else in this store. We got our refund processed and ended up ordering a plane on Amazon.
