I have literally never written a bad review before, so you know this means something! I contacted this company for some shirts back in May 2023, and initially the guy helping me was super helpful. Then, he left the company. First, I had no idea that he left, so my emails were not being responded to. After several weeks, I called the company and spoke to someone who told me what happened. Got it, no problem! I understood they were swamped after someone left. But then, I had to keep following up with them since they were not working on my order. I've emailed time and time again, and I would FINALLY receive the same email, after weeks of silence--"sorry, with Adam leaving, things are taking longer." I have followed up with them MANY times, finally to the point where Kim just stopped responding. I am appalled that a company would just ghost a customer. It is now September 2023. As a small business, I understand how things get busy and I understand the need to adapt to changing times. However, it never gives an excuse to provide awful customer service and just stop responding to a customer.

Adam was great to work with on the select and design of the product I wanted to purchase. The process was simple and efficient with a quick turn around with delivery. I am so pleased with my selection and work Corporate Identity provided!
