Village Sampler
One of the nicest cross stitch stores I have ever been in. They have a huge selection of fabric, threads and accessories. The staff is knowledgeable and will work with you to order whatever you need. I needed cloth that was used in a project that was used in 2020 and incredibly the owner tracked some down and ordered it. Very reasonably priced on everything you need. Please help support our local small businesses. I travel 45 minutes to get to this shop and it is time well spent. The shop is very clean every time I have been there. I just cannot recommend this shop enough.

My stitching group arranged for instruction of specialized stitches with Pat the proprietor of this stellar shop. The instruction was great given in a warm and friendly atmosphere. I have vision problems and Pat quickly accommodated me with materials that helped so much. The staff was helpful, friendly and warm. It was a wonderful experience and I cannot wait to go back. It was well worth the 2+ hour drive. Love love love this shop!
One of the best places you'll ever go. The Village Sampler helped take my budding interest in cross stitching and turn it into a bonafide life-long hobby. The women who work there and who spend their time stitching there - are some of the most welcoming people you'll ever meet. If you have any kind of question about cross-stitching - they can help you and they're always willing to show you. Just an amazing, amazing shop.
