At first, we had purchased a used Wii and the owner Dominic was very helpful and pleasant while doing so! It was a great experience as a first time customer. However, when we took the Wii home we noticed there was a loud buzzing sound so we called the store, we spoke with a younger gentleman who advised we can bring the Wii back in so they can look at it, replace it, or refund the item. Not even 48 hours later, we had taken the Wii and the games we purchased back to the store to return then item. We found that the buzzing sound and overall the game console just was not a good fit for our home, and so we decided to go with the refund option. I spoke with the owner directly (Dominic I believe is his name) and he said that there are no refunds. I mentioned that they did not tell us our purchase was final sale, nor are there any indicators of all purchases being final in the store, near the register, or on my receipt. And that legally, the state of Arizona has a 60 day return window, if there are no policies clearly stating other wise. The owner said we could only get a refund on the Wii if it was broken, but that he fixed the buzzing noise so that would not be our case and if I wanted a refund, I would have to get a lawyer. It was such a bad experience and unfair that he’s just going off of the rules in his head, and not posting their policies clearly! I felt it was very unprofessional and could’ve been handled a lot better. I ended up leaving all of the items at the store, and disputing with my bank. He needs to make his policies clear and advise that all sales are final to guests at the time of purchase. He told me “this isn’t a renting store & you can’t just take the console or games home, play it for 3-4 days and then get your money back” I mentioned that well it hasn’t even been 48 hours and we called about an hour after our purchase regarding the concern. He said that didn’t matter and it seemed like he was just contradicting himself, considering that there was an issue with the console we purchased and he said he only gives refunds if an item is broken. Overall a bad experience and I would not recommend.

We stumbled across DJ Collectibles while getting ice cream next door. Our son absolutely loves coming here, requesting it specifically for his birthday. There is such a wide variety of items in the store and it changes weekly! We specifically come here for the Pokemon cards and always find an extra little trinket for our son. We love it here, we will be back!

A lot of trading cards with varying genres. Pokemon cards were priced well, my son was happy. Looks like they carry a few items from independent sellers, so that is nice to see. Some items seemed a little overpriced, but overall, you can come out with something if you really want to.
