One Star - Absolutely Disappointed I rarely leave reviews, but the customer service at this Pokémon trading card store was unbelievably bad. The staff were either completely uninterested or outright rude when I asked basic questions about card availability and pricing. I felt like I was bothering them just by walking in. No one offered help, and when I did get someone's attention, they acted like I was wasting their time. For a store centered around a community-driven hobby like Pokémon, this was a major letdown. I expected passion and friendliness — I got indifference and sarcasm. Plenty of other places out there that treat their customers with respect. I won’t be coming back.
