The store is packed with a wide selection of miniatures, paints, and gaming supplies, and there are plenty of well-maintained tables available for games and hobbying. What really sets this place apart, though, is the owner. He’s not just friendly—he’s genuinely passionate about the hobby and goes above and beyond for his customers. When I was setting up my Deathwatch Space Marine army, he didn’t just sell me the models—he took the time to help me plan it out, offered great advice, and made the whole process really fun and stress-free. That kind of support is rare and super appreciated. Whether you're new to the Warhammer universe or a veteran looking for a great local spot, I highly recommend checking out A Flip of a Coin. Best warhammer store in DFW by far. The amount of inventory is amazing. They have more stuff than any Games Workshop store I’ve seen. Stuff that is new or normally sold out, they had it. And they offer a hefty discount. There are also tables to play at. I’ve found my new spot for sure.
Went in to this store with some friends not knowing what to expect. The owner turned out to be a really pleasant guy with a clear passion for warhammer and tabletop games. He talked to us for nearly an hour. The store buys and sells pre-owned miniatures, many of which are kept on display and well discounted, alongside the official GW products which are by and large themselves discounted from MSRP. If you’re not sure where to start in the hobby or aren’t made of money give this place a look over, I promise you’ll come out the better for it.
This is absolutely the best Warhammer store I have visited in my life. There are others that are closer but I’ll make the little extra drive for this one. If there is a model or kit you are wanting, there is a very good chance that it’s on a shelf here. Super clean store as well, very organized. The owner really knows his stuff and is very helpful to everyone that comes in the door. This is my go to store and will be for the foreseeable future.
