Grandmaster Games

I have been anttending the Pokemon league nights pretty regularly since April and I have nothing but good things to say! Both fellow players and staff are exceptionally friendly and make a point to remember returning visitors, creating a warm atmosphere for everyone. The community is patient and supportive, making it an ideal environment to learn and grow. What really stands out is the store's commitment to genuine enthusiasts. They prioritize players and collectors over scalpers when distributing products, which speaks volumes about their values. While this policy might explain some negative reviews, it's something I deeply appreciate as it preserves the integrity of the hobby. Whether you're just starting your Pokémon journey or you're a seasoned player, I wholeheartedly recommend this league. You'll find not just great games, but a true community!

This is one of the only real places that carry a decent amount of Digimon cards. Yes, things are priced a bit high but they moved to a new location and they have bills to pay I can handle the mark ups. I can even handle the low ball offers to sell cards to them, again they have bills to pay. And I know what I sound like when I say this but I've spent at least $400-$500 at this shop over the past year and I don't even live locally. Today I ordered $120+ in digimon cards, received confirmation that they had them all in stock, pulled them all for me and was given a price that aligned with TCGplayer so everything sounded great! I came in, bought the cards, like an idiot I didn't look through them right away because I've never had an issue before. I get home and see I'm missing a $5 card. I send a message saying hey I'm missing a card I just noticed when I got to my buddy's house can I come pick it up and I even decided to pick another 2 cards. The store replied that yeah I can come by they've been pulled for about $6. I come by and I ask the guys about the missing card, didn't think I'd have to pay for it since I was told I bought everything earlier. They said I could talk to the owner but he was busy setting up a tournament. After hanging out for a bit a more senior rep, maybe an assistant manager, came over and basically said "hey mistakes happen, we probably didn't charge you for it earlier, so that'll be $6 and change." I said man that's a bummer this was my spot to buy at whenever I came to town and now I can't ever go back. Edit: I added 2 stars because the owner did reach out. He was kind enough to do the math and prove that I wasn't charged for the card earlier and explained he's now asked the team to double check all orders to avoid issues in the future. Still not sure I'm ready to go back any time soon but that's good news for any future customers that your orders will get double checked and mistakes should be avoided in the future!

Super awesome game place with great variety specifically for trading card games or board games. Staff has always been amazing, very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about the products they sell. Mine and my family's favorite place to go to for pokemon cards and magic the gathering cards, either trading or buying! Never been anywhere else with staff as nice as here either which is appreciated for an introvert like myself. Very large store, not cramped either. Even a huge selection of sleeves for your TCG decks too. Highly recommend. Love this place, will always come back. 10/10!
