Lakeshore Learning Store

Went in on a Sunday to pick up an order for my wife. Store was not yet open, but they were very nice and helped me anyway. There was a mix-up on the order that was not their fault. Tricia (manager?) was very polite and professional and straightened everything out quickly and efficiently. Absolutely wonderful customer service. Very well done!

What an incredible company. While we haven't visited the store in Newton yet, we ordered gifts for our kids (3 & 1) and encountered a small problem with an item. The customer service team was outstanding! They thought our gift wouldn't make Christmas, but then got / found some additional stock, then went above and beyond to provide us expedited shipping so it would be here for Christmas!!!!! What a company!

I’m so glad I came across this place! It’s amazing. You can find anything and everything in here. Me and my daughter love it! Staff is always super helpful and friendly.
