The store is small and becomes crowded easily, but there is so much stock and things to look at that it's always a great experience. The owner and his mother that runs the store are absolute sweet hearts, but with only the two of them you may have to wait a bit for your order. They have a website with live inventory of all of their stock and you can place online orders. But be aware that they do not know about the order unless you call ahead and inform them that you placed an online order. I placed an online order unaware of this and was not informed until I arrived at the shop and informed them of my online order placement, luckily it was only about 5 cards so it was an easy pull. Mythic is a great place to go for more unique items that aren't always in store like old pre-cons for mtg, but with so much inventory they aren't always able to find it right away. While I was there I was informed they had an old pre-con I was looking for and I was quite surprised, but they weren't able to locate it while I was there and offered to take my number down and text me when they are able to locate it.
Selling products meant to be for free.... "to fight against scalping" is wild!! Will never be back to this store. Nice while it lasted! Called another location after our weird phone call and they were highly alarmed when I told them what just happened. So take care. Will not miss yall
The people working there are truly a gift, I love them. Their products snd knowledge are truly blessings. I am a model builder and I am happy to be building on Thursdays there. Thank you to the worker for donating your spare Tiasha modification for my 30 Minute Sister. ^_^ I can't wait to be building my models there again.
Pretty awesome local gaming store. Mostly centered around Magic the Gathering and other CCGs, but they also have a large selection of board games, tabletop miniature wargames, and other gaming supplies. Large, clean store with a friendly environment. They have a nice large gaming area upstairs that is generally open to everyone at any time for use (except during large events where the tables are all in use). They also have a smaller gaming area downstairs for special events, small tournaments, and other events.
This is the premiere Local Game Shop for the Monterey area! With fantastic and friendly staff and an excellent community of magic the gathering players and Warhammer players! They have Plenty of product for those looking for Warhammer and MtG and a myriad of other games as well. This a treasure for those of us who play table top games. We are so lucky to have such a great store
Fun little game shop off the beaten path. If your nearby, definitely check it out. The staff is friendly, they have some good inexpensive snack options. They have some good tables for playing DnD, Magic, Pokemon and the like. The MTG Single Selection is a little sparce however. You can rent our boardgames to play and minions for your DnD campaign. Will definitely be swinging by again when I'm in the area.

This One Piece TCG tournament spot is awesome! The staff is super friendly and helpful, they'll even teach you how to play if they're not too busy. They also have a great selection of collectibles and figurines, so you can find some awesome additions to your collection. Plus, they have a rewards card that gives you some sweet perks for buying more. The owner is also incredibly welcoming and makes everyone feel at home.
Was fortunate enough to finally check this store out. Has a decent variety of figures, mostly One Piece and a couple Dragon Ball figures, but can also find figures from various animes. The staff was nice and respectful. Was ready to help with our questions. Picked up these nendroids that I've had my eye on. Was cheaper to purchase here than BigBadToyStore. Huge gunpla selection. Will be returning to this establishment and will recommend it to my friends and family.
