The staff is all friendly and happy to see you. They always go out of their way to ensure customers have a great experience. They've earned my business and I hope they stick around for years to come.
They only have one kiosk for looking through their inventory, and the employee at the counter was more interested in the anime playing on his computer than helping people in the line, for said kiosk, that was starting to form and wrap around the aisles. Sure, you could use their website to place an order, but their WIFI requires you to give them your email and download an app. They charge a premium for inferior service. Also, the custom commander banlist that they created is really stupid, and feels like the owner's personal vendetta against playstyles that he doesn't like.
